Tek-Dek are an international manufacturer and supplier of synthetic wood decking. Our brief for this project was heavily focussed on the web site's ability to translate content into different languages, based on the distribution areas that Tek-Dek's clients are from. We extended Drupal's locale functionality to focus on countries rather than languages. This gave the customer total flexibility for their international distribution base. We also developed a suite of tools for administration management. The development of a bespoke estimator for prospective clients was also carried out. From a technical perspective, the site makes extensive use of the Drupal framework, custom PHP modules, jQuery and domain re-routing.
